The whole process was seamless and I was paid the quoted amount as I was upfront and honest with the condition of my device. No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.

We are so confident with our device refurbishments, we offer a free 12 month warranty as standard.
