Initial hiccup but great customer service!
Before I begin, I have been offered a small token gesture as a thank you for leaving an honest review, though this is not dependent on it being good or bad, just honest! With that out of the way, I ordered a refurbished iPhone with order GM258600, and the phone arrived in great packaging, almost as pristine as the original Apple packaging is! It felt high quality, and even included a little sim tool which made things much easier to swap over! Initially I was disappointed as I had read somewhere on their website that I should have received a wall plug, unusual with something like an iPhone!, however it turns out I read this on a small obscure page of the website - I reached out to customer service and had a reply within 30mins explaining that they don’t have any more stock as they do not include them and haven’t for a while! They requested a screenshot so they could fix the issue, which I provided, and by means of an apology/gesture I was refunded £10 for the inconvenience (more than enough to put towards a replacement plug if needed!) Since then I have had no problems with the phone, in perfect condition, as good as new, and cannot complain about anything! Very impressed with Grade Mobile, and seem to do a much better job with both presentation/quality and customer service than many of the big names! Will definitely recommend and would use again!

All very efficient got about £20 less than quoted but advised this was after their analysis of the phone. Cosmetically very sound no damage. However a full report was included in my portal . Definitely recommend and will use again.

I have purchased two phones from Grade Mobile this year and I have had two good experiences! First I bought an iPhone XR that was in excellent shape and worked perfectly, and then a 12 Mini for a birthday. Unfortunately the 12 Mini had a faulty call speaker but it was arranged for a replacement 12 in a better condition to be sent out that should be arriving soon. Overall, thank you for a great experience and good customer service! My order number for the 12 Mini was 353118.

No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
Absolutely, we welcome your old device(s). Head over to our recycling site or select the device during checkout.
We are so confident with our device refurbishments, we offer a free 12 month warranty as standard.
